We backed an MBO of apg Solutions' UK Manufacturing Facility in Newhaven, East Sussex. Two of the previous management team will lead the new business, now known as Metal Box Technology Solutions (MBTS). The company, originally formed in 1981, will continue its legacy as a leading metals design and manufacturing business and a key local employer.
